General Election

All Registered Voters Can Vote in a Primary or General Election

To register to vote in California, you must be:

  • A United States citizen and a resident of California,
  • 18 years old or older on Election Day,
  • Not currently serving a state or federal prison term for the conviction of a felony (for more information on the rights of people who have been incarcerated, please see the Secretary of State's Voting Rights: Persons with a Criminal History), and
  • Not currently found mentally incompetent to vote by a court (for more information, please see Voting Rights: Persons Subject to Conservatorship).

Where are the local secure Ballot Drop-Off locations in Jurupa Valley?

  • Glen Avon County Library - 9244 Galena Street, Jurupa Valley CA 92509
  • Jurupa Valley City Hall - 8930 Limonite Avenue, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
  • Louis Rubidoux County Library - 5840 Mission Boulevard, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
  • Or you may use one of the 80 secure Ballot Drop-Off locations that will be available throughout the County of Riverside.

What if I wish to vote in person or need assistance with my ballot?

There will be five Voter Assistance Centers located in the City of Jurupa Valley:


  • Avalon Park Community Center, 2500 Avalon Street, Jurupa Valley CA 92509
  • Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center, 5888 Mission Boulevard, Jurupa Valley CA 92509
  • Glen Avon Library, 9244 Galena Street, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
  • Jurupa Valley Community Center, 4810 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509
  • Riverside County Department of Animal Services, 6851 Van Buren Boulevard, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509


Hours of Operation

The Vote Centers will be open from October 31 through November 2, 2020:


8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 


November 3rd, 2020 - Election Day  


7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

I need help getting to my voting location, what services exist?

  • Uber and Lyft partner with local nonprofits to provide free or reduced rides to polling locations.
